New house is located on a nice piece of property in a rural setting, about 35 minutes west of Asheville. Enjoy cool summer evenings or gorgeous autumn views on the porch while looking at the mountains in the distance. Fines Creek goes rushing down behind the house, and you can eat on the deck and enjoy the rushing water behind you. Part of the deck is covered and you can grab a book and unwind on the deck. There are many wildflowers and trees to enjoy. The Appalachian Trail is not far away and shopping in Waynesville is a treat. 

The first Friday of the month is "Art After Dark" in Waynesville.  Many shops are open and some serve refreshents and a general holiday atmosphere is around you.  Folk Moot arrives in July with dancers from  around the world participating.
